Ammonium Sulfate properties:
Ammonium sulfate represents rhombic white transparent or light colored crystals that are well soluble in water. Ammonium sulfate is a non-flammable agent. When heated to 2350C, it has the ability to decompose with the release of ammonia and sulfur trioxide. Ammonium sulfate is toxic and causes skin and mucous membrane irritation.
Ammonium Sulphate application:
In agriculture, it is used as a nitrogen fertilizer for all cultivated plants (especially tea, rice and cotton plantations) and also for leather tanning.
Shipping:
Ammonium sulfate is transported by all means of transport without packaging or in polypropylene-polyethylene (PP + PE) bags of 50 kilograms in accordance with the rules of transportation of goods .
